St. Lukes Grant
St Lukes Magic Valley Health Foundation Grant helps patients access therapy they might not otherwise receive. Children can be awarded up to $1000 per year if approved. Application approvals are based off of the families income and health insurance coverage. Contact our office for more information.
United Healthcare Childrens Foundation Grant
United Healthcare Childrens Foundation Medical Grant helps families who have private health insurance but still have out of pocket responsibilities. The amount awarded to an individual within a 12-month period is limited to $5,000 with lifetime maximum of $10,000. Grant recipients who are awarded less than $5,000 may reapply for another grant once the current grant funds have been completely exhausted.
