Clear Source Therapy is growing, and we are looking for passionate, skilled clinicians to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. Regionally Competitive Pay

We provide compensation packages aimed at attracting and retaining high-quality clinicians in Idaho, Utah, and the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, we offer a transparent growth plan for wages at the intervals outlined below, and we conduct annual analysis for regional comparisons.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

​

  • 1 year experience: $36–$40/hr

  • 2–5 years: $40–$45/hr

  • 5–10 years: $45–$50/hr

  • 10+ years: $50–$55/hr

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

  • 1 year experience: $24–$28/hr

  • 2–5 years: $28–$32/hr

  • 5–10 years: $32–$36/hr

  • 10+ years: $36–$40/hr

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • 1 year experience: $36–$42/hr

  • 2–5 years: $42–$48/hr

  • 5–10 years: $48–$55/hr

  • 10+ years: $55–$60/hr

Benefits Package

We provide average to above-average benefits for private pediatric practices in the region:

  • PTO: Competitive accrual

  • Holiday Pay: 5–8 paid holidays

  • Simple IRA: 2–4% employer match

  • Continuing Education: $500–$1,500 annually

  • Licensure & Dues: Up to $200 covered annually

  • Flexible scheduling options

  • Strong mentorship for early-career clinicians

Bonus Structure

Quarterly Bonus Up to $300 for meeting metrics

$2,500 Relocation / Sign-On Bonus

A $2,500 relocation or sign-on bonus is available for Full-Time OT, COTA, or SLP who signs on before October 1, 2026.

Available for full-time hires; part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply.

  • Collaborate with families to create meaningful goals

  • Document services within 7 days

  • Work closely with SLPs and other team members

COTA

  • Treat children with sensory, motor, feeding, and functional needs

  • Collaborate with families to create meaningful goals

  • Document services within 7 days

  • Work closely with SLPs and other team members

Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, fluency, feeding and social communication needs

  • Provide parent coaching and home programming

  • Document services within 7 days

  • Collaborate with OTs and interdisciplinary partners
